Your 2023 year-end Mortgage Interest Statement will be available by January 31, 2024. To download a copy, log in to your account or mobile app. Statements from previous tax years are also available.

Freedom Mortgage will mail a copy of your year-end statement by January 31. Keep an eye out for this form so you can prepare your taxes.

How to Find Your 1098 Form in Your Freedom Mortgage Online Account

Log in to your online account. Select "Documents" from the menu. (On mobile devices, this menu will appear as ☰.) Select “All Documents.”

If available, you can also navigate to "Tax Documents" on the left-hand menu. Click on the “Documents” drop down. Select "Year-End Statement." Click on the 2023 form. Statements from previous tax years are also available through your online account.

How to Find Your 1098 Form on the Freedom Mortgage App

Open the mobile app. Select the “Statements” button in the bottom navigation. Select “Year-End Statements.” You will see your most recent 1098 year-end statement available at the top of the list.

What Is the Mortgage Interest Statement or Form 1098?

This statement shows the mortgage interest you paid during a calendar year. If you have an escrow account, your statement may also show the property taxes and homeowners insurance you paid. You get these statements from your mortgage loan servicer.
